Step 1: Hand Me Your Mess
You'll complete a detailed intake questionnaire to share information about your business, operations, systems, team, and current challenges. Then, on a 90-minute strategy deep-dive call, we'll dive deeper into what's working (and what's not) so I can develop a plan that addresses your most pressing concerns.
Step 2: Get Your Plan
Within two weeks of our call, you’ll receive a custom 90-Day Operations Plan that identifies operations gaps and opportunities and a prioritized list of projects. Recommendations may fall into one or more of these three core operational areas:
Systems (Including project management systems, email tools, workflows, and automations)
Strategy (Including launch planning, key reports and data, and marketing initiatives)
Support (Including people management, hiring, and internal communications planning)
Step 3: Proceed Prepared
On a 60-minute call, we'll review the plan, ensuring you feel clear and ready to move forward. You'll also have access to me via email for two weeks after our call for follow-up questions, decision support, and quick check-ins as you take action.
