I want you to feel genuinely supported so you can escape the mental load of the day-to-day and find a sounding board for your big ideas. In addition to our regular strategic planning calls, you'll have access to me during business hours, typically Monday–Thursday from 8:30 am–4:30 pm EST, via Voxer and email for help with quick questions and immediate issues.

Sustainable improvement doesn't happen overnight, so all OBM retainers require an initial 3-month commitment. If your business needs to change course after that point, you can cancel your OBM retainer at any time with 30 days written notice. During that final month, we'll ensure you and your team understand your next steps and have the information you need to pick up where our partnership left off.
