  • I want you to feel genuinely supported so you can escape the mental load of the day-to-day and find a sounding board for your big ideas. In addition to our regular strategic planning calls, you'll have access to me during business hours, typically Monday–Thursday from 8:30 am–4:30 pm EST, via Voxer and email for help with quick questions and immediate issues.

  • I intentionally limit the number of OBM clients I work with to no more than 2–3 at a time. This ensures you get deep partnership, personalized strategy, and focused support. When I support your business, I’m in it with you, always giving it the attention and energy you deserve!

  • I've worked in many systems and tools, and while I have some personal favorites, this work is not about me—it's about you. I am comfortable learning the ins and outs of whatever tech you've got and can survey your unique needs and propose the systems solutions that will be simple for your team and successful for your business.

  • A coach may help you improve your mindset and offer general advice and support. Still, they rarely provide a detailed tactical plan with specific recommendations for workflows, systems, and technology. And while a coach may offer thought partnership, they aren't going to get into the level of strategic planning and team and project management that an online business manager does. I get to know you, your team, and your business from every angle, integrating myself into your operations to free you from the day-to-day and guide your team and projects to success while you focus on big-picture work.

  • After years as a Virtual Assistant, I know the value a reliable VA can bring to a business. Still, a VA is a doer by design, focused on taking direction and completing tasks. As an OBM, I'm a partner who can help you make decisions, offer solutions to level up your operations, and lead your team and projects with greater autonomy so you can feel confident letting go of the things that are weighing you down.

  • Sustainable improvement doesn't happen overnight, so all OBM retainers require an initial 3-month commitment. If your business needs to change course after that point, you can cancel your OBM retainer at any time with 30 days written notice. During that final month, we'll ensure you and your team understand your next steps and have the information you need to pick up where our partnership left off.
